  1. What famous immigrants to the U.S. do you know? The famous immigrant is Albert Einstein and Sergey Brim, Santana, Bob Marley.
  2. Did anyone from your native culture become famous in the U.S.? Explain. Yes, we know of the famous people of Colombia in the United States: Shakira is a singer, James and Falcao are soccer players, Diana Trujillo, she is directing a NASA mission.
  3. Do you know Rodolfo Llinás or John Leguízamon? Did they become immigrants in the USA? Yes, we know to these famous people. Yes, they are immigrants in USA because they had more opportunities in the development of their university careers in this country.

WHILE – READING. After Albert Einstein died, Princeton University kept his brain in a jar to study how the brain of a genius is ordinary form. But, WHAT ELSE DO YOU KNOW ABOUT HIM? WHERE WAS HE LIVING WHEN HE DIED? WHEN DID HE MOVE TO THE USA?

He was a German physicist of Jewish origin, nationalized after Swiss, Austrian and American. What is considered the most important, known and popular scientist of the twentieth century. He lived in USA when he died.

Albert Einstein was born in 1879 in Ulm, Germany. He attended school where he learned math and science. He was also taught at home. At home he learned Judaism and violin. He taught himself how to do geometry. Einstein felt that he would make a good math and physics teacher. In 1900, he graduated as a teacher. He has a very hard time
