At lunchtime (between 12.30 and 14.00) it is very common to take a quick sandwich. For
breakfast, be sure to try the traditional British breakfast. Many Britons no longer take a
diary, but this dish with eggs, bacon, tomato, sausage and beans in sauce (baked
beans) will fill you with energy as soon as you start the day. If you talk about drinks,
clearly, the tea takes the first place, although the British also drink coffee, bitter beer,
whiskey and wine.
The British meet with friends to drink a few drinks in public houses, better known as
pubs. They are a symbol of social life in the United Kingdom, where people come, drink,
talk and relax. Traditionally always closed at 23.00 but since 2001 can request a license
to open until 24.00, so it is easy to find pubs open after 23.00. And remember, you
always pay at the bar, just ask, nothing to ask about the account before you leave.
The British are known for their unconditional love for the 5 o'clock tea, the so-called Five
O'clock Tea. They are also famous for the creators of football and for their fanaticism for
soccer, one of the English sports par excellence. Rugby is another of his passions. In
general, they are quite fond of sports, in the school they dedicate several hours to
physical education and in the universities there are all kinds of sports teams.
Anyway, there are many more traditions and customs of the United Kingdom. A fact that
you have to know, is that the British are quite disciplined and exquisite with good
manners.

Intelligent Mirror
The invention would consist of a plaque with a cellphone-like processor on it, located
behind a mirror with the particular characteristic of being made with a matrix of LEDs
that carry inside a tiny mirror, these LEDs would be perfectly aligned to provide an
appropriate reflection of whatever is in front of it, let’s say, a person. So, this LEDs
would have their lights right in front of the tiny mirror previously mentioned, so that the
user of the mirror can actually see the light of the LED whenever it is turned on.
The mirror would then have the function of a screen, where information could be shown,
including weather, memos, notifications, and some others to provide the user an
assistant-like service. The function of this mirror is to assist the user mostly on the
morning when getting ready, and thus, prevent the user from missing any pendant.
