I. Reasons for writing a pedagogical internship report Primary education is a very important level of education, having a decisive meaning to the future of children in particular as well as the nation in general. Educating the young generation is the task of the whole, the whole people and the whole society. But the one who directly shoulder the responsibility is the team of teachers who always strive to do their best for the cause of education. I realize that the educational task is very important, that's why the pedagogical practice is a valuable time for teachers to approach students, penetrate the educational reality, learn the psychology and emotions of their peers. Time to experience the design and implementation of teaching as well as homeroom work, demonstrate their understanding in the industry, supplement their knowledge so that they can gain experience and perform well in their teaching jobs in the future.. The goal of the pedagogical internship is to help students learn about the future working environment, the promotion process, and the practice of teaching elementary school students. Students better understand the mind - physiology of students, from which to draw lessons for themselves in future careers. More practically, teachers can continue to orient their efforts in the future, decide what to do to improve their pedagogical abilities, have the will to improve their professional skills, and complete the learning process well. University. With the knowledge collected and synthesized in this report, students learn how to work in a scientific, systematic, rigorous and flexible manner. The harvest is the result of serious labor during the 6-week internship, made under the guidance of the school administration, the team leader and the teacher in charge. This is also our report of the knowledge gathered. We had a memorable 6 weeks, witnessed and learned a lot from the diverse and complex teaching practice.

  • Organization of the Union: The Youth Union of Thanh Nghi Primary School consists of 37 Union members and Party members 10 comrades, the majority of Union members in the city.
