How to find assigned sections of Article II of the UCC
Using the Cornell University Legal Information Institute:
Click on appropriate section
Using the Michigan Compiled Laws:
Go to mi.gov
Select the link to Michigan Government
Go to “Government Quick Links” at right of page
Select Quick Link to “Mi Compiled Laws”
In the “MCL Key Word” block type “Uniform Commercial Code”
Hit Enter
Select “Chapter 440” under the document list, and hit enter
Select Act 174 of 1962 under the document list
Select 174-1962-2 hit enter
Select the Part of Article II that contains the provision you want
Select the provision
NOTE: the Michigan law corresponding to the UCC provision will
read MCL 440.2207 for section 2-207 for example
