1. First, Gio, an international student, demonstrates how globalization aids in the integration of
many cultures through education. By using this platform for student exchanges to effectively
exchange values and ideas, various nations have become more connected and racial stereotypes
have decreased. Second, Gio mentions in conversation with his Malaysian friend Latif that he
learned about the Philippines by watching Filipino soap operas. This situation illustrates how
technology has facilitated globalization and improved communication across nations. Third, Latif
introduces Gio to Malaysian culture by having him eat local cuisine, particularly laksa. This
illustrates how culture has become more global, which is good for us since it allows different
cultures to share their artistic expression.
2. People are constantly exposed to the results of globalization all around
them. We encounter globalization when we go to different restaurants. For
instance, food from Japan or Korea is available within our own nation. We
can sample their food in a number of places across the Philippines. I ate
foods from different restaurant here in San France and that’s how I
experienced globalization. Almost everything in my possession is made
from the other countries. My bag is made in China, some of my clothes
and shoes are made from Japan and other countries. When we relocate
from one nation to another, we are also globalizing. We are exposed to
with a wide range of cultures and environmental factors. We interact with
one another, communicate, and trade products, cash, and ideas.
