Strengths - Giving enough information of the two ports, Hai Phong
and Shanghai with comparative tables and figures for
better understanding.

- The “Comparative analysis” in the Port Facility section is
not considered to be an analysis. This is too short and
does not give enough information or any insights with
only 2 sentences.
- You have mentioned “technology integration” in the
Executive summary as the recommendation, but in the
report did not include that information.
- “The railway line has deteriorated, many sections of the
road are damaged, making it difficult to transport goods.
Equipment for loading, unloading and offloading goods on
the railway is limited and cannot meet current freight
transport needs.” Please include the sources for this
two information. If possible, give more information the
information about the limitation in equipment.
- The recommendation of “Creating a mandatory truck
retirement program” should be re-considered with
multiple factors. Because the given examples of Los
Angeles and Long Beach ports may not have enough
