Mechanics: 1.) The class will be divided into 2 groups. 2.) Each group will assign 7 students as the acting molecules written on the meta strips. The rest will act as the cell membrane. 3.) The group will be given 3-5 minutes to collaborate among each other on how to act the process of getting in and out of the different substances in the cell. 4.) During the presentation, each group will act the movements of the different substances in the cell membrane. At the count of 5, the group will freeze leaving some of the substances inside of the cell and some substances outside the cell membrane. 5.) One will serve as the representative who will give us a brief description about their output.
