  1. ALL PLUMBING SPECIFICATIONS HEREIN SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE LATEST EDITION OF THE PHIL. NATIONAL PLUMBING CODE, ALL NATIONAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS, LOCAL ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REQUIREMENTS OF UTILITY COMPANY CONCERNED.
